The Institute for Restorative Communities offers programs both for churches and their staffs. We train clergy and congregations in how understanding emotional dynamics and developing Restorative Practices can transform conflict, empower community, release creativity and help them accomplish more of their ministries. We also offer Roots of Change, a small group process that invites people to a new paradigm of self understanding and creates rich and lively community among members.
